NBCC (India) Ltd shares gained 2.51 per cent to ₹126.46 on Monday, June 2, 2025, after the state-owned construction company reported robust fourth-quarter results last Thursday.

The Navratna PSU announced a 29.4 per cent jump in net profit for Q4FY25, rising to ₹1,725.91 crore from ₹136.08 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations increased 16 per cent to ₹4,642.55 crore compared to ₹3,996.31 crore in Q4FY24.

EBITDA for the quarter grew 19 per cent year-on-year to approximately ₹290 crore from ₹243.2 crore, though the EBITDA margin improved marginally to 6.25 per cent from 6.09 per cent in the previous year.

The company’s board recommended a final dividend of 14 per cent or ₹0.14 per equity share of ₹1 face value for FY2025, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of declaration.

On the NSE, NBCC shares opened at ₹123.25 and touched a high of ₹127.49 during the session. The stock saw active trading with a volume of 212.16 lakh shares worth ₹266.52 crore. The company’s market capitalization stands at ₹34,160.40 crore with a free float market cap of ₹13,057.63 crore.
